Last Thursday,in some parts of Singapore,it was raining cats and dogs and it was a heavy downpour.It had lead to floods along Orchard Road,Tanglin Mall,St Regis Residence,etc.
It has cause inconvenience among the people who was affected by the flood.It was the third time floods happened along Orchard Road over a year.Loss,of course is one thing the people affected by the floods have,but they(some) are pondering why they were not notified via SMS that the flood was incoming.The reason?Technical glitch.It has rose past PUB 75-90% to quickly hence they(some) are not notified.
Opinions:I feel that they(PUB) should improve on their services.What if there will be another flood like this again?If people were not notified on time to "save" their goods,they will have greater loss.
